Barry Ponticello was a proud invitee at the christening of the USNS, a vessel built by long time EPS partner National Steel and Shipbuilding (NASSCO) in January 2023.
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Kagan did the christening at the event, also attended by the Secretary of the Navy.
EPS again participated in and supported the 2019 Susan G. Komen breast cancer 3 day walk for the cure.
ENGLAND PONTICELLO & ST.CLAIR (EPS) proudly announced that Alex M. Oberjuerge has been named a partner in the firm. Mr. Oberjuerge is in his eighth year with EPS.
In 2018, Mr. Oberjuerge was successful on the California state bar workers’ compensation certified specialist examination. In addition to his workers’ compensation defense activities, Mr. Oberjuerge is also active defending civil litigation matters and those claims brought under the LHWCA. EPS celebrated this announcement with a firm event for family and friends.
EPS was proud again to support the 2018 Rett syndrome golf outing. The tequila bar was a success, and funds were again raised for a good cause.
EPS again was a hole sponsor for the 2017 Rett Syndrome charity golf tournament. A great cause, and a fun time was had by all. And a “best game” award too!
EPS( www.eps-law.com) has been a proud sponsor of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk. For the third straight year, EPS attorney Margot Ponticello participated in the fundraising event and walked 60 miles in the fight to end breast cancer. 
EPS (www.eps-law.com)again sponsored a hole at the annual Rett Syndrome charity golf tournament. Great cause and a fun time had by all working at England Ponticello & St.Clair.
